PURPOSE: To obtain the titled body having excellent sensitivity by incorporating an electrostatic charge generating material having ≤0.1μm average particle size to the titled body, and by using a kind of pigments selected from an anthanthrone pigment, a perylene pigment and a phthalocyanine pigment for the electrostatic charge generating material.
CONSTITUTION: The average particle size of the electrostatic charge generating material is a range of ≤0.1μm, preferably 0.05W0.1μm. The sensitivity of the photosensitive body increases by using fine particles of the electrostatic charge generating material for the titled body, s a carrier generated in the inner part of said particles by exposing said body in a copying processing transfers rapidly to the surface of said particles. And, the thickness of the layer of the electrostatic charge generating layer is formed a thinner than that of a prior layer by using a laminated type photosensitive body for the titled body, and the sensitivity of the titled body is improved by accelerating the transfer of the carrier due to an increasement of the strength of an electric field. The electrostatic charge generating material comprises, for example, the anthanthrone pigment, the perylene pigment and the phthalocyanine pigment. Especially, the anthanthrone pigment is preferable.
