CONSTITUTION: The ground terminal 5 made of a conductive metal plate is fixed on the inside end face of a flange member 4. The small diameter part 2a is machined in the slidable contact part of an amarture 5b of a drum shaft 2. The photoreceptive drum 1 is rotated around the drum shaft 2 by the rotating power of a rotary driving mechanism. At this time, the armature 5b of the ground terminal 5 comes into slidable contact with the peripheral body of the small diameter part 2a. Grease 2b is applied to the small diameter part 2a, then, the rubbing noise is mitigated and the occurrence of the abnormal noise is suppressed. And also, the grease 2b is housed in the recessed part by the small diameter part 2a, so that the grease 2b is prevented from spreading over the surface of the drum shaft 2.
