PURPOSE: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with excellent lubricating performance solvent crack resistance, and the like.
CONSTITUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with a photosensitive layer on a conductiv supporting body, a surface layer of the photosensitive layer contains (A) a copolymer consisting of component units expressed by a formula I and a formula II and having a viscosity average molecular weight of 15000 or more (B), a polymer containing a component unit shown in the formula I, and (C) a copolymer consisting of the component units expressed by the formula I and the formula II and having a viscosity average molecular weight of 7000 or less all together, and an electrophorographic device is provided with this photoreceptor. In the formula I, A represents an alkylidene group, an aryl group, or the like, and R1-R4 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or the like, while in the formula II, R5-R8 represenst an alkyl group, a phenyl group, or the like.
