Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of forming an image excellent in abrasion resistance, white background contamination resistance and fine line reproducibility while maintaining high image quality, and also to provide an electrophotographic image forming device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a protective layer which contains at least a resin and metal oxide particles. The metal oxide particle is surface-modified with a surface modifier and a compound having the same structural portion as a residue of the surface modifier is contained in the resin separately from the surface modifier modifying the surface of the metal oxide particle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
