Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is excellent in printing resistance, has high mechanical strength, and prevents the occurrence of an image defect due to chipping of an edge portion of a cleaning blade and image shading unevenness due to a variation in wear, and an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained by laminating, on a conductive support, a photosensitive layer in which at least a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer are sequentially laminated. The charge transport layer contains a charge transport substance, filler, and binder resin. The filler is metal oxide particles having a number average primary particle diameter of 12-30 nm. The charge transport layer has a surface layer having a surface roughness Rz of 0.7-1.5 μm and a surface roughness Rku of 2.3-3.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
