Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that achieves both wear resistance in long-term use and an improvement in image quality, a method for manufacturing the same, and an image forming apparatus comprising the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor of the present invention is an electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a charge transport layer and a protective layer sequentially laminated on a conductive support. The protective layer contains a cured product of a composition containing a charge transport compound having a chain polymerizable functional group. The charge transport layer and the protective layer are continuously laminated with a mixed layer therebetween where components of both layers are compatible. The mixed layer has a thickness within a range of 0.1-1.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
