To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is excellent in charge stability, wear resistance, and image memory resistance for a long period.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor has a conductive support, a photosensitive layer arranged on the conductive support, and a surface layer arranged on the photosensitive layer.
