To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which offers improved wear resistance and suppresses generation of while spots on images.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor provided herein comprises a support body, and a single-layered photosensitive layer comprising a cured product of a composition containing a charge generating material, hole transport material, and electron transport material, the composition further containing a compound having a polymerizable functional group and fine particles surface-treated with a silane coupling agent having a polymerizable functional group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
