Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has good adhesion between an undercoat layer and a photosensitive layer and good dispersion of metal oxide particles in the undercoat layer; a process cartridge; and an electrophotographic device.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a support, an undercoat layer on the support, and a photosensitive layer on the undercoat layer. The undercoat layer is a cured film of a composition containing a metal oxide surface-treated with a specific silane coupling agent, a polyol compound having two or more hydroxy groups, and a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups.SELECTED DRAWING: None
