Abstract:

To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that exhibits good cleanability for a long period and exhibits good stability of the potential of a bright part in an image forming process subsequent to a transfer step, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a support, a charge generating layer, and a charge transport layer in this order, the charge generating layer contains a binder resin, a gallium phthalocyanine pigment as a charge generating material, and a specific perinone compound.
