To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that can be satisfactorily positively electrified even when positive electrification and negative electrification are repeated and is excellent in storage property in a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer is a single layer and contains a charge generating agent, an electron transport agent, a hole transport agent, and an addition agent having a specific structure.
