Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that can be satisfactorily positively electrified even when positive electrification and negative electrification are repeated and is excellent in sensitivity characteristic and wear resistance.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer is a single layer and contains a charge generating agent, an electron transport agent, a binder resin, a hole transport agent, and an n-type pigment. The electron transport agent includes a compound represented by the general formula (1). The binder resin includes a polycarbonate resin having a main chain and a terminal group represented by a specific structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
