Abstract:

To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is excellent in electrification characteristics and prevents the occurrence of ghost during continuous printing.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor has a conductive support, an undercoat layer provided on the conductive support, and a charge generating layer provided on the undercoat layer. The charge generating layer includes a phthalocyanine compound. The undercoat layer includes an electron transport compound. The difference between the energy level of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of the phthalocyanine compound and the energy level of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of the electron transport compound is less than 0.45 eV.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
