Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a good coated surface, not causing image defects such as pinholes and unevenness in density and having a high potential by electrification, high sensitivity and superior repetitive characteristics.
In the electrophotographic photoreceptor with a photosensitive layer containing an electric charge generating material and a binder as constitutive components on an electrically conductive substrate, at least one phthalocyanine composition having a specified crystal structure as the electric charge generating material and at least one vinyl chloride copolymer resin having an average polymerization degree of ≤400 as the binder are contained in the photosensitive layer.
