Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is excellent in wear resistance and prevents random lateral stripes in a formed image.SOLUTION: A photosensitive layer included in an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer. The charge transport layer contains a binder resin, metal-free phthalocyanine, and a hole transport agent. The content of metal-free phthalocyanine is 0.1 to 0.5 parts by mass based on 100.0 parts by mass of the binder resin. The binder resin includes a polyarylate resin having one type of first repeating unit, one type of second repeating unit, and an end group. The first repeating unit is represented by the general formula (1). The second repeating unit is represented by the general formula (2). The end group is represented by the general formula (3). In the general formula (3), Rf represents a chain aliphatic group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and substituted by one or more fluorine atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
