Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that can prevent a residual potential and the occurrence of a stripe-like image defect that are caused by rubbing of a photoreceptor and its contact member with each other due to vibration.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor has a conductive substrate, and a photosensitive layer provided on the conductive substrate. An outermost surface layer contains fluorine-containing resin particles. The concentration of fluorine atoms measured in the surface of the outermost surface layer is 1.5 times or more and 5.0 times or less the concentration of fluorine atoms measured at a depth of 1 μm from the surface of the outermost surface layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
