PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration in image quality such as ground fogging by using fluoroplastic powder which is specified in the soluble component content to a methanol soln. to a specified value or below.
CONSTITUTION: A surface layer contg. the fluoroplastic powder which, the soluble component content of which to the methanol soln. is ≤0.1wt.% of the entire weight, is provided on the above photosensitive body. The insoluble component content to the org. solvent is increased to eliminate the influence of the unreacted residues sticking to the fluoroplastic powder. The increase in residual potential is thereby prevented while the durability to the generation of surface wear and flawing by rubbing and high moisture resistance are maintained at the time of repetitive use.
