PURPOSE: To obtain the titled body having a high sensitivity and a less residual voltage and to improve an efficiency of a charge transportation of said by incorporating a specific compd. to the titled body.
CONSTITUTION: The titled body comprises the photosensitive layer contg. at least one of the compds. shown by the formula. As a hydrazone compd. itself has not the ability of forming a film, a resin of binding agent is used to form the photosensitive layer. As the electrocharge generating substance itself has not the ability of forming the film except the high polymer resin such as polyvinyl carbazole, if necessary, the binding agent may be used. The preferable binding agent is a high polymer or copolymer which is capable of forming the film and has a high electric insulating property. The thickness of the photosensitive layer is determined depending on the required photosensitivity, the durability, and the compounding ratio of the electrocharge generating substance and the electrocharge transporting substance against the binding agent. The thickness of the photosensitive layer on the electroconductive substance is ≤50μ, preferably 7W30μ in a flexibility of the film, if the titled body is either a monolayer type or a laminated layer type.
