The electrostatic actuator comprises a first stator having a first electrode, a second stator having a second electrode, an electrode section arranged between the first and second stators oppositely to the first and second stators, and a mover movable in a predetermined direction. The first and second stators are arranged at such an angle as the extension surface of the first stator intersects the extension surface of the second stator.
