The electrostatic atomizing device includes the Peltier element 45 including the heat absorption side and a heat radiation side. The electrostatic atomizing device includes an electrode part 59 including: the electrodes 78 absorbing water condensed on the heat absorption side by cooling by heat absorption of the Peltier element 45 from at least the tip side, and atomizing the water to mist containing a radical by natural discharge from the tip side; and an electrode holding part 79 holding the electrodes 78. Each electrode 78 is pressed into the electrode holding part 79 with the tip part as a reference position.
