Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance type analog switch in which quantity productivity is excellent and reliability is high, and provide an operation device in which the electrostatic capacitance type analog switch is used, and a manipulated variable can be detected without delicate adjustment with high reliability.
SOLUTION: An electrostatic capacitance type analog switch 50 is provided with fixed electrodes 2a, 2b, and a dielectric film 3 covering the fixed electrodes 2a, 2b, and a rubber-like elastic body 41 as a moving electrode having a protrusive portion 41a and a support portion 41b. An operation device is provided with a correction means 52 which stores capacitance values at a non-pushed down time of the electrostatic capacitance type analog switch 50 and at a pushed down time, and determines the current stroke position of the electrostatic capacitance type analog switch 50 based on the capacitance value of the electrostatic capacitance type analog switch 50 detected by a detection means 51 and the stored capacitance values.
