The transparent detection electrode 2 for detecting a change in electrostatic capacitance by the approach of a human body or the like, and wiring 3 composed of a conductive paste so that respective one parts of the transparent detection electrode 2 and the wiring 3 are overlapped with each other are arranged on a transparent insulating base plate 1, and covered by an insulating protective sheet 4 so as to fix and join the transparent detecting electrode 2 and the wiring 3 excluding the outside wiring part 3a. Moreover, the outside wiring part 3a is electrically joined to an input terminal 5a of a constituting element of an electrostatic capacitance detecting circuit 5 possessed by the electronic base plate 7 via an anisotropic conductive film 6.
