Abstract:
To provide an electrostatic charge image developer capable of suppressing the occurrence of image defects and providing images with less density variation even in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.
An electrostatic charge image developer contains: a toner including toner base particles containing at least a binder resin, and particles having the number average particle diameter of more than 80 nm and 500 nm or less that are externally attached to the surface of each of the toner base particles; and porous elastomer particles having the number average particle diameter of 1 μm or more and 30 μm or less. The porous elastomer particles contain one or more types of oil.
