To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner capable of improving a cleaning property of a spherical toner without impeding low-temperature fixability in addition to realizing extended durability of a photoreceptor, and also capable of realizing an electrophotographic system having an excellent image quality with low cost.
A dry electrostatic charge image developing toner includes at least a binder resin and a coloring agent. The toner has projecting portions on a surface thereof. An average length on a long side of the projecting portions is 0.1 μm-0.5 μm. A standard deviation on a long side of the projecting portions is 0.2 or smaller. A coverage factor of a toner surface by the projecting portions is 10%-90%. The toner includes a silicone-oil treated external additive. An entire silicone oil free amount in the toner is 0.2-0.5 mass% with respect to the toner. An addition amount of the external additive is 0.5-4 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of the toner.
