PURPOSE: To perform efficient clarification, by rolling tubular synthetic resin on a floor, rubbing it with a cloth at an upper part to form static electricity for attracting dust on the floor onto the surface of said tubular synthetic resin, scraping off larger dust during the rotation to receive it in a dust bin, and wiping off smaller dust with a cloth.

CONSTITUTION: The electrostatic cleaner is constituted with a roller 1 of synthetic resin easy to form static electricity on its surface and a cloth 2 at an upper part, and said cloth 2 is pressed onto the roller 1 by a spring 4. When the roller 1 is rolled on a floor, static electricity is formed on the surface of the roller 1 by the friction between the roller 1 and the cloth 2 to attract dust existent on the floor onto said surface. The larger particles of the dust is scratched off during the rotation of the roller 1 and then received in a dust bin 3 at the back of the cleaner. The smaller particle of dust is wiped off with the cloth 2.
