Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the number of changeover valves to be used, simplify the constitution with ease and improve washability.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided a color change valve mechanism 22, a washing valve mechanism 24 for selectively feed air (A), water (W), washing liquid (S) etc., a first three-way valve 30 connected to these valves 22,24, a block line 32 of insulation material connected to the valve 30 and a second three-way valve 34, an intermediate storage tank 38 and waste liquid tank 42 connected to the valve 34, a coating gun 46, and a means (not shown) for applying high voltage to conductive coating material between the valve 34 and the gun 46.
