Abstract:
To provide an electrostatic film deposition apparatus which can uniformly supply powder to an object and form a powder film with a uniform thickness on the object even after the operation is stopped for a long time.SOLUTION: An electrostatic film deposition apparatus includes a hopper 14 for feeding powder to a rubbing roller 12. The hopper 14 comprises: a hopper box 20 which has a bottom part 14A formed with a powder outlet 25; a hopper roller 22 which is arranged on the bottom part 14A of the hopper box 20; a hopper roller rotation device 24 for rotating the hopper roller 22; a shutter 35 which is arranged on the bottom part 14A of the hopper box 20; and a shutter drive device 37 which drives the shutter 35 to block the powder outlet 25 with the shutter 35. The hopper roller rotation device 24 rotates the hopper roller 22 at a first speed when making the powder adhere to an object 1 and rotates the hopper roller 22 at a second speed slower than the first speed when not making the powder adhere to the object 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
