To provide an electrostatic microphone by which the efficiency of an inspection step of its output sensitivity after its manufacture can be promoted by simplifying the adjustment of current from its power source terminal to a large extent, whose electric power consumption can be reduced by stabling the current supplied to a FET regardless of the charge state of its battery and the like and by which the production yield can be improved by enabling to easily correcting its output sensitivity after its manufacture.

The electrostatic microphone is provided with a capacitor which is made up in such a way that the difference in potential between both of its terminals varies with sounds made by a user by providing a diaphragm or a timbal which vibrates by the sounds made by the user; a first field-effect transistor whose source and gate are connected to each other through the capacitor and whose drain is connected to the side of an output terminal; a second field-effect transistor whose source is connected to the side of the output terminal, whose source and gate are connected to each other, and whose drain is connected to a power source terminal; and a resistor for adjusting sensitivity which is connected between the source and gate of the second field-effect transistor.
