Abstract:
To provide an electrostatic suction type fluid discharging device capable of preventing the clogging of a nozzle tip and realizing the high-speed delivery of a fluid without being restricted by a material of the fluid discharged from the nozzle.
The electrostatic suction type fluid discharging device discharges the fluid electrified with applying voltage by electrostatic suction from a delivery hole of the nozzle, wherein the diameter of the delivery hole is 0.01 to 25 μm, two fluid supply paths or more are provided inside the nozzle, and each of the fluid supply paths 2, 3 is connected to one delivery hole.
