To improve a reproduced quality, compared with a transducer utilizing electrodynamics by arranging a transducer film inside of a housing in the shape of a tube at a specific angle so as to obtain high acoustic pressure for reducing the main resonance of the film.

A transducer film 3 is arranged inside of the tube-shaped housing 2 diagonally at 30 to 90 degrees, desirably 60 degree with respect to a cross section Q. Then, depending on the angular arrangement of the film 3, the film surface becomes relatively large with respect to the cross section of the housing, to obtain high acoustic pressure for reducing the main resonance of the film. In addition, an electrode 4 is arranged on both sides of the film 3 to apply a regulated signal voltage satisfying a safety reference. In addition, the main resonance of the film is attenuated by inserting packing such as wool, cotton into the housing 2 as an attenuating means. Thereby the reproduced quality is improved, compared with the transducers utilizing magnetism and electrodynamics.
