CONSTITUTION: This element contains the polymn. repeating units consisting of 20 to 85wt.% vinyl acetate monomer, 5 to 65wt.% acrylate or methacrylate monomer. 5 to 50wt.% methacrylic acid monomer and 0.5 to 15wt.% cation electrified vinyl monomer expressed by formula. Further, the element is the vinyl acetate copolymer exhibiting 10 to 70°C glass transition temp. when the temp. is measured by a differential scanning line calorimeter. In the formula, X is the combination group expressed by the formula -COO- or -CONH-. Y is a lower alkylene group or phenylene lower alkylene group. R1 is a hydrogen atom or lower alkylene group; R2, R3 and R4 are independently alkyl groups and Z- is a paired anion and (n) is 0 or 1.
