Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hurdle bar of which height and installation position are adjustable to comply with different regulations for obstacle races for men and women.
SOLUTION: A support part 7 is formed in a laterally long beam form covering an obstacle pond 100, and it is installed to be movable along the obstacle pond 100 through wheels 9a, 9a. Hollow vertically long lover support parts 5, 5, 5 are fixed above the support part 7, hollow laterally long connection parts 6, 6 are fixed between the lower support parts 5, 5, 5, hollow vertically long upper support parts 3, 3, 3 are fixed under a laterally long bar main body 1, and each upper support part 3 is slidably engaged with each lower support part 5. Inside each support part 3 or 5, a screw jack is stored, a main body 11 (fixing member) of the screw jack is fixed to the lower support part 5 (to the support part 7), and a vertically long screw shaft 12 (elevation member) is fixed on the bar main body 1. Inside each connection part 6, a laterally long rotation connection shaft 15 is stored, and laterally directed rotation input shafts of the main bodies 11, 11, 11, of the screw jacks are connected to each other through connection shafts 15, 15.
