PURPOSE: To improve the elevator service for a physically handicapped person without reducing the transportation capability of a building by allowing a car call registering means for a physically handicapped person to register the car calls of all floors when an elevator for a physically handicapped person responds to a landing call for a physically handicapped person during the zone split operation.

CONSTITUTION: When the zone split operation is selected by the signal from an allocation controller, the car call registration allowing mask table 20 for the zone split operation of the car is set to the general car call mask table 21 and the physically handicapped person car call mask table 22. When a car A responds to the allocation of the first floor, whether the door opening command is a door opening command by the physically handicapped person call or a normal door opening command is discriminated based on the door opening command given to the opening/closing action side of the door of a motor control device from an elevator control device. In case of the door opening command by the physically handicapped person landing call, the car call registration allowing mask for the zone split operation is released from the physically handicapped person car call mask table 22.
