To provide an elevator device with a drying function, which exhibits the drying function without requiring large work or modification while avoiding that the insides of a conveying chamber and a hoistway are filled with the moisture of laundry.
This elevator device 1 with a drying function includes the hoistway 3, a car 5 liftably installed in the hoistway, a drying machine 7 disposed separately from the car, and an inlet circulation duct 9 and an outlet circulation duct 11. The ducts communicates the car with the drying machine to supply and return a dry fluid between the car and the drying machine. The ducts are lifted in synchronism with the car. The drying machine includes a supply port 23 and a return port 25. The supply port and the return port are provided in the hoistway, and disposed on the lifting paths of the ducts, respectively. The inlet circulation duct and the outlet circulation duct are extracted from and inserted into the supply port and the return port, respectively, when the car is lifted.
