Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase transport volume per hoistway, provide a plurality of cars in one rope drive system to provide different operation service, and provide a safe elevator device capable of performing stable operation without applying a large load to a main rope and a hoisting machine.
SOLUTION: This elevator device has the main rope 2a, a balance weight 6a, the hoisting machine 3a, and a sheave 4a, a plurality of rope drive systems elevating and lowering the car 1a are provided in one hoistway 7, and each of the rope drive systems can ascend and descend in a non-contact manner from each other. Moreover, the car 1a and the main rope 2a and the balance weight 6a and the main rope 2a are detachably constituted. Furthermore, a plurality of ringlike main ropes 2a are provided in one hoistway 7 by crossing them partially, and the car 1a moves between the main ropes while mounted on and dismounted from the main ropes and ascends and descends.
