Abstract:
The arrangement has an elevator car (12) that is connected to a counter weight (20) by two cable lines (17, 18) that are attached to different sides of the elevator car. The lift cage is moved in a shaft (13) and is held in a hanging ratio of 1:1. The cable lines are coupled with each other over a cable length compensation device (30) that is arranged at the lift cage and/or at the counter weight.
