Abstract:
To expand a space in which balancing weights are piled up according to a market demand.
This elevator facility realizes piling up of balancing weights according to the market demand by arranging a car region 5 and a weight region 6 in the width direction or the depth direction of the car region 5 in a hoist way 1 in which an elevator car moves upward and downward, setting up a drive device system 7 on the side of the overhead section 4 of the car region 5 and arranging the balancing weight 8 on the side of the weight region 6 separated from the projected area of this drive device system 7.
