Abstract:
To provide an installation assisting device for an elevator hoisting machine that is able to install the elevator hoisting machine at a higher position in a hoist way.SOLUTION: An installation assisting device includes a rope drum 11, a lifting rope 12, a connector 13, a guide member 14, and a balance weight 15. The rope drum 11 is fixed to a drive sheave 3. The rope drum 11 is rotated integrally with the drive sheave 3 about a rotational center of the drive sheave 3 by means of a hoisting machine motor 6. The lifting rope 12 is wound around the rope drum 11 by the rotation of the rope drum 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
