To provide an elevator information transfer system allowing a user to transfer information and data to a remote supervisory control center based on the information that an elevator control system has in the emergency by using a portable communication terminal unit, master the use of the device from the usual time, and make use of the system smoothly even in the emergency.
This elevator information transfer system is provided with an elevator side device 1 provided with at least an elevator side non-contact communication means 15 having a communication control part 13 for controlling non-contact short-range communication between the portable communication terminal unit 2 and it and a non-contact communication part 14 for transmitting and receiving a non-contact short-range communication signal between the portable communication terminal unit 2 and it and a data providing means 12 connected with the elevator side non-contact communication means 15 to provide the data for transmission related to an elevator and the portable communication terminal unit 2 provided with a portable side non-contact communication means 21 incorporated in the portable communication terminal unit 2 to enable non-contact short-range communication between the elevator side non-contact communication means 15 and it and a communication processing data holding means 22 for holding the data for transmission received by the portable side non-contact communication means 21.
