Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a passenger from being shut in a cage by opening the door of the switch box in the cage, operating wrong the normal stop changeover switch, etc., and having the cage suddenly stop.
CONSTITUTION: A micro switch is provided, which detects that a door 17 of an operating switch box 10 in a cage is opened, while a means is prepared, which stops the cage at the nearest floor when the door 17 is opened during the operation under a normal operating mode to open a point of contact 20a of the micro switch 20.
