Abstract:
The present invention provides an operation monitoring system capable of monitoring the operation of an elevator using an acceleration sensor. An elevator operation monitoring system provided with anacceleration sensor having at least two axes on a car door, the acceleration sensors comprise the acceleration sensor in the vertical direction for obtaining the acceleration in the elevator car moving direction and the acceleration sensor in the horizontal direction for obtaining the acceleration in the opening and closing direction of the elevator car door. An elevator operation monitoring system is provided with: a car monitoring unit that finds the travel speed and travel distance of a car on the basis of information obtained from an acceleration sensor in the vertical direction; and a door monitoring unit that finds the opening/closing distance, the opening/closing time, the opening/closing speed, and the number of times of opening/closing of the car door on the basis of information obtained from the acceleration sensor in the horizontal direction.
