Abstract:
Provided is an elevator security system to improve a direct deterrent to suspicious persons and to protect regular passengers by using a robot when a regular passenger and a suspicious person board and share the same elevator. This elevator security system comprises an autonomous mobile robot that can travel autonomously and that enters and exits an elevator car, and is characterized: by comprising a detection unit that detects identification information of an elevator user, and a suspicious person determination unit that determines whether the elevator user is a suspicious person on the basis of the identification information detected by the detection unit; and in that when a suspicious person determined by the suspicious person determination unit and a regular passenger determined not to be a suspicious person by the suspicious person determination unit have entered an elevator car together, the autonomous mobile robot moves between the suspicious person and the regular passenger in the elevator car.
