To solve the problem that conventionally, evacuation of weak persons such as women, children, elderly persons, and wheelchair users requiring time for evacuation even after exiting an elevator is delayed because of the lightness of their weights or the smallness of their bodies.
This elevator operation control device includes: a weak person identification means capable of identifying the types of the weak persons of any of a woman, a child, an elderly person, and a wheelchair user; a passenger determination means for detecting the percentage of a prescribed type of a weak person out of the entire weak persons from information input from the weak person identification means; an evacuation operation planning means for determining the order of elevators to start evacuation operation based on the riding condition of the weak persons which is the detected result; and an evacuation operation control means for transmitting an operation command to control panels of the elevators based on the plan created by the evacuation operation planning means.
