Abstract:
To enhance installation workability while securing positioning accuracy of a jamb.SOLUTION: A jamb fixing device for mounting a jamb on a landing sill of an elevator has a sill fastening surface to be fastened to a landing-side surface at the landing sill, and a jamb fastening surface formed orthogonal to the sill fastening surface and to be fastened to a vertical frame lower end of the jamb, and is bent into an L-shape in cross-section. In a factory assembly stage, the jamb fixing devices are mounted in the form of a right and left pair on the landing sill at a specified position with the entrance/exit center as a reference. In addition, in the factory assembly stage, a fastening bolt to be fastened to the vertical frame lower end of the jamb is built in the jamb fastening surface such that the fastening bolt is projected beyond an upper surface thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
