Abstract:
To provide a composition for forming a film, which makes it possible to easily eliminate a film layer from a substrate by eliminating the film with ease from a substrate such as a general-purpose plastic substrate by a simple method using neutral water.SOLUTION: A composition for forming a film is provided, which is a composition for forming an eliminable film to form a film eliminated by a solution treatment on a surface of a substrate A directly or via another layer. The composition for forming the film contains an elimination promoter which has a hydrophilic functional group protected by a protective group and exhibits hydrophilicity when the protected functional group is deprotected by heating or light irradiation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
