To reduce a noise and an offensive sound, and obtain elliptic vibration having the prescribed major axis and the minor axis by arranging first and second gain setting units between first and second controllers and respective first and second electric power amplifiers, and varying gain of the respective gain setting units.
Outputs of a horizontal vibrational displacement detector 33 and a vertical vibrational displacement detector 38 are supplied to amplitude controllers 50 and 51. Since gain of first and second variable gain controllers 44 and 47 is controlled according to its amplitude deviation, outputs of first and second electric power amplifiers 40 and 35 output outputs according to amplitude target values in the respective directions. Therefore, since it vibrates in the amplitute size of the respective target values even in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, constant directional elliptic vibration having the constant major axis and the minor axis is obtained. Therefore, a phase difference in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction is an optimal value in 60 degrees, but a part can be carried at maximum speed on a track in a bowl by this elliptic vibration.
