Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eluate in which an antibody adsorbed to a separating agent can be eluted under a milder condition (nearer to a neutral condition) by adding a solution comprising the antibody into the separating agent in which a Fc bonding protein is immobilized to an insoluble carrier, and to provide an antibody purification method using the eluate concerned.SOLUTION: A buffer solution of pH 3.9 to pH 5.0 containing at least any of 0.1M to 3.5M of amino acid, 5% (v/v) to 50% (v/v) of ethanol, 0.1M to 3M of imidazole, and 0.1M to 3M of urea is used as an eluate.
