Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the embedding method for an internal thread in which the internal thread to be embedded into a molded body is positioned accurately by holding a thread lever and the internal thread is formed into the molded body.
CONSTITUTION: A holding thread lever 5 with an internal thread A, the embedding depth of which is positioned and adjusted, is fitted into a fitting hole 7 of a frame 6, and a fluidizing molded material is filled into the frame 6, and the internal thread A and the molded body 1 are integrated by solidifying the molded material, and then the holding thread lever 5 is removed. The internal thread embedded into the molded body is not affected by the molding pressure at the time of molding by the arrangement, and fitted into the desired position securely and accurately, and the internal thread is formed on the molded body properly. Thus the firm tightening with the components is realized by the joint operation of the embedded thread and the internal thread.
