Abstract:

To provide embossed decorative paper which is obtained by applying fine numerous-lines like uneven pattern groups to metal gloss raw paper by emboss processing and having the original beautifulness without allowing the density irregularity or the like of a paper base material to appear on a metal gloss layer, its manufacturing method and a paper container using the embossed decorative paper.

The fine numerous-lines like uneven pattern groups 30 due to heating emboss processing are applied to the metal gloss raw paper 20, which is obtained by applying the metal gloss layer 1 to the paper base material 10 through a thermoforming resin layer 14 so that a large number of pixels are gathered to constitute the embossed decorative paper 1. The height difference H between the fine numerous-lines like uneven pattern groups 30 is 0.003-0.1 mm and the pitch P thereof is 0.005-0.3 mm. The manufacturing method of the embossed decorative paper is also disclosed.
