To provide a paper for receiving the ink-jetting ink for wall paper that can form a design or a pattern standing the heat and the light necessary for producing wall paper.

The ink-jetting ink-receiving paper 10 for wall paper 10 comprises the lining paper 12, the unfoamed thermoplastic resin layer 14, a porous ink-jetting ink-receiving layer 16. The unfoamed thermoplastic is a coated layer of homogeneous mixture of a thermoplastic resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a foaming agent, a lubricant, an antioxidant, a filler, a surfactant and the like. The porous ink-receiving layer 16 is obtained by coating a solution prepared by dispersing fine particles of silica, alumina or the like in a non-water soluble binder resin, for example, an acrylic resin, a polymethyl methacrylate resin, a polyester resin or the like and drying. The ink-receiving layer 16 has preferably pore sizes of 1-30 μ and its volume fraction is 20-70%. Further, the thickness of the ink-receiving layer is preferably 5-25 μm.
